If a product deviates from/or doesn´t correspond with the expectation that was given by the shop, you are allowed as the consumer ot claim the product according to the right of complaints. If so you are welcome to claim your product. This you do by contacting the current store .

The right of complaint includes only original faults (and not faults that for example is due to passing of the durability time of the product or that is due to normal wear-and-tear of a product). The claim should be made within reasonable time from when you discover it or should have discovered it and always at the very latest three years after receiving the product.
