To protect the privacy of data subjects, the GDPR sets requirements that personal data shouldn´t be treated unnecessarily and that they are cleared away when no longer relevant. GDPR requires that personal data may only be processed to the extent necessary and that not more data then necessary is processed or that it is not saved longer than necessary. The data subjects also have the right to oppose the processing. That means that we may need to delete personal data if the person to whom the data belongs requests it.

Name, phone number, photos och IP-addresses can be personal data. Measures that are taken with personal data for example storage, collection, changes, deletion and spread. All e-mail handling is personal data processing.
5. IF YOU RECEIVE E-MAIL WITH UNNECESSARY PERSONAL DATA
As a rule we do not send emails with unnecessary personal information. If you receive an email with unnecessary information it is therefore important that you delete it and if possible continue the conversation over the phone and point out that we do not use email in this way.
6. THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
If someone objects to us processing their personal data, they often have the right to have it deleted. Sometimes we may need to keep the information for example bookkeeping or if we need it to safeguard our rights in the event of a dispute. Then we have the right to keep the information. Otherwise it is important to get rid of the data or correct it to ensure that the data subject´s rights are respected.
